Today we’re talking about Woman Who Drove Nipsey Hussle’s Killer Testifies in Court
The woman who drove gang member Eric Holder to kill Nipsey Hussle testified during Holder’s murder trial at Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, June 20.
Bryannita Nicholson, 35, told the jury that when she and Holder pulled into a South L.A. shopping center on March 31, 2019, she was surprised to see Hussle, since she was a fan.
Hussle was standing outside his clothing store The Marathon and the Master Burger restaurant with a group of friends.
“I said, ‘Ooh, there goes Nipsey, he fine,'” Nicholson testified, “I want to take a picture with him.'”
Nicholson said Holder told her to stop at Hussle’s burger joint so he could get food.
She claimed she didn’t know Hussle owned the shopping center.
Nicholson said Holder hopped out of the car and walked over to Hussle while Nicholson was looking for parking.
She said she thought Holder wanted to approach Hussle before she could get to him.
“I just thought he was trying to beat me to go see him before I saw him,” Nicholson said.
After parking her car, she joined Holder next to Hussle. She said Holder’s voice was raised but she didn’t think he sounded aggressive.
“Eric was asking Nipsey, ‘Did you tell somebody I snitched?'” Nicholson said.
She waited her turn then took a selfie with Hussle. The photo was shown in court.

“I was just excited, I was just happy, I just wanted to show my Facebook friends,” said Nicholson, who hurried back to the car and posted the picture online.
Holder went into Master Burger for some food. He came out with chili fries, and told her to drive around the block, according to The Associated Press.
As she drove, Holder pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun and loaded a magazine into the firearm.
“I was like, ‘What are you doing?’ You put that away, you ain’t going to shoot nothing outside my car,” Nicholson testified. She added that he did put the gun away.
Holder ordered her to pull into an alley beside the shopping center where he said he wanted to stop and eat. She said he didn’t seem angry or upset.
After eating a few bites, he told Nicholson he would be right back and hopped out of the car.
Moments later, she said she heard gunshots, and saw an older man running. She considered driving off, but she waited for Holder because he may have been hurt.
Holder soon came into view, “power-walking,” she said, and got in her car.
“I was like, ‘What happened?,'” Nicholson testified. “He said, ‘You talk too much. I ought to slap you.’ And he was just like, ‘Drive! Drive!'” she said.
Nicholson testified on day four of Holder’s murder trial. She resumes her testimony on Tuesday.
